PSCI ROOMS
These are rooms which are controlled by the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences (PSCI). If you have questions about the rooms or wish to reserve them for a meeting or event, please send an email to PSCI-Rooms@uic.edu.
527 PHARM - Conference Room
- a 65″ 4K/UHD monitor with
- an attached computer and a PTZ (pan/tilt/zoom) webcam for Zoom meetings.
- a Solstice system for wireless screen sharing
- a white board
- two tables (arranged as a longer single conference table)
Room capacity: 9 seats (around the table)

539 PHARM - PSCI Graduate Lounge
This room is for PSCI graduate students (and trainees). There are spaces to relax, study, eat, etc.
The room has a kitchenette that will have a refrigerator and microwave (soon).
This room is not reservable.
539A PHARM - Small Group Room
- a 65″ 4K/UHD monitor with
- a Solstice system for wireless screen sharing
- an HDMI connection for using a laptop
- a magnetic whiteboard
- a small conference table
- a small couch
- a small side table
Room capacity: 5 seats (around the table) + a small couch
This room (and 539B) are generally designed to be available on a first-come-first-served basis, but can be reserved for things such as required TA office hours.

OTHER ROOMS
To schedule other rooms, if you are a PSCI member and have enough advance notice, you can email the date (or dates if it is a recurring meeting), time, purpose of the meeting, whether there will be food/drink, what setup is needed, and other relevant details to us (at PSCI-rooms@uic.edu) and we can try to assist you with reserving the rooms (with the room owners).
If you need an immediate response about the availability of these rooms or if you have any questions about the rooms beyond what is listed below, you should contact the room owners/managers directly.
Non-PSCI users should contact the room owners directly to book the rooms listed below.
