Seminar Programs

The Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences offers the following types of seminars:

  • a regular Departmental (PSCI 595) Seminar Series with seminars presented by invited speakers from both UIC and other institutions (currently scheduled on Wednesdays at 11:30am in the College of Pharmacy)
  • a Trainee Talks Series with short seminars presented by Postdocs and Graduate Students from or affiliated with the department (currently scheduled for alternating Monday mornings in the MBRB Auditorium)
  • special seminars that are either presented on a recurring basis (often annually as with the Farnsworth and Webster-Sibilsky Lecture series) or on an ad-hoc basis
